Customer Care Tip of the Week

Remember to check labels when making a garment purchase.  

Before you make that purchase, be sure to

check the care label to see if the care instructions are complete

for the whole garment.  Often times, the fabric care is addressed,

but the trim, beads, or other added items are not

mentioned, and some garments cannot be cleaned because

of the "add - ons" after the garment is manufactured.

Also, check the country where the garment is made.  Remember,

 the USA has a whole different set of rules for fabric colors,

dyes, and treatments and some third world country

manufactured items will not hold color over

a period of time. 

 If in doubt, ask your cleaner to "test" the garment

before having it cleaned.
